1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
- The return request is raised within 7 days of receiving the product and opening video is must
- The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition and packaging, including tags, box, and invoice.
Note: Due to hygiene and customization, earrings and personalized items (engraved, custom-made, or resized) are not eligible for return or exchange unless damaged.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Items purchased on sale or during special promotions
- Gift cards
- Custom or engraved pieces
- Worn or damaged items due to misuse
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Email us at creationaarvy@gmail.com within 7 of delivery and opening video is must.
- Include your order number, product photos, and a brief description of the issue.
- Our support team will verify and respond within 2 business days.
- Once approved, ship the item back to our return address. (Return shipping charges may apply unless the fault is ours.)
4. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within [5–7 business days].
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, except in the case of damaged or incorrect items.
5. Exchanges
- We offer exchanges only for defective or damaged products.

6. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they haven’t been shipped. To cancel, email us at creationaarvy@gmail.com
